Refund Policy

We only accept returns for defective products, items damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. Returns for any other reason (e.g., buyer’s remorse) are not accepted. Please read carefully.

Eligibility for Return

  • Defective items: Product fails to function as intended due to manufacturing defect.
  • Transport damage: Item arrived physically broken, crushed, or with visible damage caused by shipping carrier.
  • Wrong item: You received an item different from what you ordered.

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

⚠️ Transport damage reporting window: You must report any shipping damage within 72 hours of delivery (from tracking confirmation). Provide photos of the damaged item, outer packaging, and shipping label to support@ryzecaffeine.shop along with your order number. Reports after 72 hours cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Defect / Transport damage / Wrong item: We provide a prepaid return shipping label (free of charge to you) or offer a reasonable solution.

Non-defect returns: Not accepted. If you send back an item without approval, you will be responsible for its return shipping, and no refund will be issued.

Complete Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via email: support@ryzecaffeine.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide evidence: Submit clear photos/videos showing the defect, damage, or wrong item (including packaging).
  3. Review: Our team reviews your request within 1-2 business days.
  4. Return authorization: If approved, we send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. Do not return items without prior authorization.
  5. Ship item back: Pack the item securely and drop off at the carrier location.
  6. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it to confirm the issue.
  7. Refund or replacement processed: We notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement as appropriate.

Refund Timelines & Method

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or other method used via Shopify Payments). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Cancellation & Non-Refundable Fees

If you cancel an order after payment, please note that any non-refundable transaction fees charged by Shopify Payments, your card issuer, or bank cannot be returned to you (payment provider charges). These third-party charges are beyond our control.

No “final interpretation” clause applies. This policy is definitive and governed by its plain terms.
